Step into the realm of peculiar melodies, where the unconventional find their sonic haven. Welcome to GothVille, a sanctuary for those adorned in black. In 2003, this non-profit organization emerged as a whimsical project, aiming to counter the absence of alternative music in the Techno Parties of that time. It soon blossomed into an online radio station, curating an extensive collection of various subgenres within the Gothic scene.

Gradually delving into the depths of the music industry, we quickly discovered that underground bands are constantly grappling with the dominance of big money in order to garner any attention. Unfortunately, even now, smaller bands are not receiving the recognition they are worthy of. Our founders envisioned a day when technology could lend a helping hand, ensuring that costs remain as minimal as possible.

Today, this has resulted in the implementation of several features that we offer to our audience, as well as to the artists, bands, labels, and their promoters. Additionally, we cater to those who enjoy incorporating our music into their DJ sets, events, and for individuals in the music industry who embrace a Goth-Friendly policy. Despite nearly four decades of darkness, there are still people and organizations who face the hardship of being overlooked or denied opportunities when they seek to organize an event or form a band.
